"A documentary was filmed during HDDT 2012 by a DIY collective called "Unknown Factor" based in Christiania . Since the fest they have been working hard on editing the hundreds of hours of material into a 30 minute documentary. Now they are almost done and the movie will have its premiere during the HDDT Warm-Up weekend at the show in Stockholm with Lord Vicar (fin) and Griftegård (swe) on the 22nd Feb. and at Loppen in Copenhagen for the Lord Vicar (fin), The Wounded Kings (uk) and Reefer (dk) on the 23rd feb.

The movie is called "Smells like Sweat - Heavy Days In Doomtown 2012 documentary".

Unknown Factor descirbes the movie like this:
A no budget film focussing in on doom as a movement more than a genre. Meet the bands and artists in one of the most embracing subcultures. See the venues melt away the difference between the bands and the audience in a DIY setting.

"Unknow Factor" is a collective of artists working in a copyleft setting to deliver stories from beneath the surface. No budget. No sponsors. Only the chaotic truth.

aha. klingt interessant!

sehr geiles line-up und nach Copenhagen möcht ich auch unbedingt wieder mal. wenn das 2014 auch wieder stattfindet und so stark besetzt ist, steht das auf jeden fall schon mal auf meiner wunschliste ganz oben.

es tut sich bei denen laufend auch noch was mit nebengeräuschen (diverse artworkkünstler aus aller herren länder sind noch bestätigt worden, eine lesung glaub ich auch usw.), war aber zu faul, das alles hier reinzustellen. außerdem hat der herr booze letzte jahr beim interview eh auf provokant zu protokoll gegeben, dass er den restlichen scheiß außer der musik nicht braucht

Mein Allerwertester hat schon einige Bisswunden weil ichs heuer nicht nach Kopenhagen schaffen werde (und wahrscheinlich die naechsten Jahre auch nicht wenns im Mai bleibt), es war letztes Jahr absolut grossartig. so, nachdem ich jetzt auf der hddt page eine halbe stunde verschissen hab, zu versuchen, das dämliche video runterzuladen und dabei ca. 20 programme sinnlos am rechner installiert hab (keinen tau, was es mit der ganzen "torrent" scheiße auf sich hat, bzw. wie sowas funktionieren soll, aber ich konnte das video nicht runterladen und anschauen. hab jetzt dafür wohl 20 gratisviren mehr am rechner... ), bin ich drauf gekommen, dass es inzwischen auch auf youtube verfügbar ist (warum einfach, wenns komplex auch geht):
