erschreckend, noch kein thread von der dienstältesten finnischen doomkapelle.
konzert im escape mitn albert witchfinder fand ich eigentlich schon sehr geil, im prinzip auch heimeliger als am hammer of doom.
jetzt kommt mal ein splitalbum mit the gates of slumber:
"The Spiritus Mortis/ The Gates of Slumber Split is worth the Buy!!!..So yes get it!!!"

so, hab ja gwusst, dass der herr gullemec da fotos gmacht hat damals :D
und aus historischen gründen auch die gesangseinlage vom herrn haggard bei spiritus mortis, auch wenns etwas schlecht zu erkennen is (na gut, er singt in eine flasche, aber am video hört man ihn, hehe) :

ab 14. Dezember, auf Svart Records Fallen, the group's second album, of which Zero Tolerance mag commented "Oozing quality from every pore, Fallen is a vast, crushing, destroying doom-machine that annihilates everything in its path, yet each song is also cunningly laced with sublime touches of discerning charm", is finally available on vinyl. Remixed by the band and mastered for vinyl by Audiamond, Fallen also sports brand new cover art, designed by S.A.Hynninen.
The vinyl is limited to 500 copies, of which 300 are on standard black and 200 on gold vinyl.

weniger verschroben und ein wenig zu glatt singt er im vergleich zum albert schon, aber bin froh, dass die so schnell wieder komplett sind. haben doch tolle riffs und sind die längstdienende finnische doom metal band. wäre extrem schade drum gewesen...
