so, nachdem bassist peter wallberg (am bild ganz unten rechts, aufgenommen am muskelrock festival 2015; der in der mitte ist der molde, chef vom doom over scania festival, sowie mastermind und rifflord von stonegriff) im moment in jeder erdenklichen schwedischen band einzuspringen scheint (neben void moon und cult of the fox ist er zurzeit auch aushilfsweise bei stonegriff, goatess und etlichen anderen...), gibt´s mit seiner hauptband auch wieder ein neues release:

Jonas was with us from the beginning of the band and spent the past seven years shaping the sound and form of Void Moon. He leaves some pretty big shoes to fill and we will do our utmost to find a worthy replacement. While searching for a new vocalist we will continue writing and working on songs for our third album. Nachdem ich Peter und Erika ja kürzlich wieder am Keep It True und am Muskelrock getroffen hab, hier ein Update. Der Leo von Forsaken hat übrigens auch eingesungen auf der Scheibe.

Void Moon hat geschrieben:Based on the novel "Pilgrim på havet" by Swedish author Pär Lagerkvist, the lyrics to "Pilgrim at Sea" convey the journey of life in a metaphor as a ship on a pilgrimage to the holy land.

The music is heavily inspired by Uriah Heep but with a Void Moon twist.

The song is included on the Void Moon EP "Ars Moriendi" to be released by Monster Nation Records on the 31st of August 2018.
