ja, das is wie mit den deutschen black/thrashern outrage letztes jahr. ich denk mir da wurden einfach synergien genutzt, buchungstechnisch, was gerade mit der exponierten insellage wohl sinn macht, machen ja nicht gerade alle europatouren dort halt (allerdings nur eine vermutung).

da mir venom inc. (bzw. M-pire of Evil; ist das jetzt dasselbe, nehm ich mal an, oder?) aber halbwegs spaß gemacht haben in der ((szene)), kann ich damit leben.

Malta Doom Metal
We welcome Arkham Witch on board at this October's MDM. The band are no newcomers to MDM with crushing shows at last year's warm-up and at the festivall some years back. They are preparing a special Lamp of Thoth set to support their recent 'Get Thothed' EP on Metal On Metal Records. Arkham Witch will be replacing Mother of Six who informed us of their withdrawal a couple of days ago after this message from Drummer Hoss: "Hoss Mandrill Dear Albert, It is with deep and heartfelt regret I must write to inform you that Mother of Six will be unable to perform at this years MDM. It's been really hard to make this decision after your generous offer for us to play. We are gutted we had planned on this gig being the last big gig going out on a high note for a while.Alas it's been a difficult first half of the year with a member's health issues and more recent financial issues for us all it's become impossible to fulfil our obligation. We are truly sorry and apologise to everyone at MDM and all in attendance for the inconvenience caused.We hope you have a great success this year and good luck in the future. Doom on. Hoss". We wish Hoss and the band well, while thanking Aldo and all in Arkham Witch for responding favourably and promptly to our invitation. Hails!! Albert on behalf of all at MDM."
