It's about time for the next band:

It's a real pleasure to announce this one. One dressed up as a sailorboy, the other as Nick Cave, this is the Vienna two-piece Succopuss! The singer's whiskey-fueled voice clearly states, that this could only be pure Rock n'Roll!

Are you looking for a fresh and new heavy psych sensation? Well, look no further cause RYTE totally nails this! Maybe it's a little overstated to call this one an "Austrian Supergroup", however, with the fact that members of Pastor and The Heavy Minds gathering to please their listeners with brain melting Psychedelia this statement is pretty close!

Looking forward to one of their first festival shows ever!

Time for the next announcement:

In 2013, the three band members Markus Huber, Michael Pranter and Stephan Pranter decided that it was time to create a new project to persue their vision of heavy instrumental rock has become to known as KRPL.

Finally, this year in August they will release their debut studio album featuring all the heavy rocking tracks which have earned KRPL their name in the scene and they'll present them live at LOF 18!

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE / PARKING SITUATION:

As every year there will be an organized bus shuttle service from Amstetten railway station to the Lake on Fire Festival and backwards after the event.

NEW: In order of our GREEN EVENT attitude this service will be completely free of charge this time! We want to encourage our visitors to use public transport instead of arriving with cars.
As a consequence our campsite will be devided in a camping area and a parking lot this year (see festival map). If you still want to park your car next to your tent that's fine with us, however, there will be a fee of 5€/vehicle to enter this area. If you want to park your car at the parking lot this is still free of charge of course. So it will be simply an exchange regarding the last years - no more fee for the shuttle service, but fee for cars parked within the campsite.

NOTE: You can choose your favourite times below which does not exactly mean that there will be acutally a bus going! This depends on the number of registration for the respective times. All people who have registered for a time slot which may be not existing anymore will be contacted seperately to find a proper solution.

Buses arrive and leave directly at the campsite entrance.
