This morning we had an unfortunate incident: a fire broke out in our warehouse. The most important thing, and what truly mattered to all of us,is that everyone is safe. Still, part of the space and a number of products were damaged or completely lost.
Since early in the morning we’ve been on-site, trying to understand the full extent of what was affected, speaking with the fire department, our suppliers, and everyone involved so we can get back on our feet as quickly as possible.
Because of the damage, some orders will unfortunately face delays. We’re doing our best to keep disruptions to a minimum, but we want to be honest with you about the situation so you know what to expect.

We’re Back to Shipping Orders (And Grateful for You)


Dear friends and partners,

We want to share some good news with you today: we’re back to shipping orders. Thanks to the incredible support we’ve received and the fast coordination of everyone involved, we were able to restart operations much sooner than expected.

Our landlord generously provided us with a temporary space, which has allowed us to set up a small but fully functioning “warehouse” while our main facility remains without electricity. From here, we’ve been able to get shipments moving again and continue supporting your orders.

At the same time, restoration work in our original warehouse is ongoing. Each day brings progress — from odor removal to repainting, cleaning, and electrical work — but it will take roughly a month until the space is fully restored. We’ll keep operating from our temporary location until everything is safe, clean, and ready again.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for the overwhelming support, the understanding, and the hundreds of kind messages we’ve received over the past days. Your patience and encouragement have meant more than we can explain, and they’ve kept our team motivated through an incredibly challenging moment.
