Cult Metal Classics hat geschrieben:Life can be really unpredictable sometimes...this coming week we were planning to make an announcement regarding the amazing band Majestic Ryte and their upcoming new album, until we received the terrible news of John Funk's passing. John Funk was the bass player of MAJESTIC RYTE, founding member and song co-writer and yesterday we were informed from Nick Trotti's profile on Facebook that he's no longer among us....this comes as a great shock to us as we've been in touch with him almost daily the last few weeks.
We are at a loss for words, as John was a very young person, a super cool guy that we had the pleasure of meeting in Athens a few years ago and all we can say at the moment, is that he'll be greatly missed.
On behalf of everyone here, we want to express our sincere condolences to his friends, band mates (Nick, Greg, Tom) and family. We are sorry for your loss and wish you strength and courage to cope with this situation, as the loss of a dear person is never easy to deal with.
Rest in peace metal brother.... 'till we meet again....
